We now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Representative to join our renowned team in Moorebanks, NSW.
Perks of the role
You can look forward to:
- $60,000 – $70,000 + super (depending on experience and skills)
- Regular staff events i.e., race day + free flights and attendance to the QLD Timber Flooring Associations Awards Night + trade events
- No lead generation or cold calling
Additionally, as you figure out if you'd like to grow, you'll have the ability to pursue Australian Timber Flooring Association courses through growth in the flooring division or potential leadership within the building division.
How you'll enhance our team
This is a great opportunity for a sales person who has an interest in timber and understand how to best use it. You may be have a carpentry or building background but this experience is not essential for the position. Perhaps you have a niche skill in discussing why Australia has some of the world's strongest species of timber, or perhaps you've simply had enough of the splinters for the minute.
We will also provide you with all the training and resources you need to thrive in this role!
We need you to demonstrate:
- The capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including rapport building, resilience, and subject-matter expertise
- Previous sales experience and an understanding of timber types and their uses
